There is full job security in TTSL, even in this pandemic the company is supporting all the employees by asking the well being of the employees and giving full salary and also taking care of the health. There is total mental peace in TTSL, as the working environment is excellent with good and supporting seniors . It's like a family there and security in every aspect.

I dislike that there is no hike in the salary of the employees which the company hires from outside vendors . People who are not in the payroll of TTSL don't get any increment in their salary

The Company is on the verge of windup. People working in the legal cell, are suffering a lot due to misbehavior of senior people, like Mr. Amit Nijhawan. Legal consultants joining the company are leaving within 3/4 months only due to such people.

Sr. people in the legal cell are non-cooperative and often misbehave with the legal consultants.
