HSBC GLT is the BEST PLACE TO WORK. This is the best place of work in all IT companies I have served in my career. Projects are very well managed so this results in almost zero stress work.The company promotes a culture of sharing knowledge and helpfulness in general. Salaries are in the upper bracket within the industry. A very employee friendly workplace. Another best thing about HSBC GLT is HR. HR policies are employee friendly, well documented and transparent. HR is very helpful and is ever willing to resolve people issues as a matter of priority. On career advancement, one gets to learn technical skills, best project management practices and all the latest industry jargon e.g. automation. The company promotes innovation so if an employee shows an attitude to innovate, management provides full support. HSBC GLT is highly ethical. I would recommend HSBCat all levels....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Dislikes

Department make their own rules for Work from Home and return to office. CSR activities are mandatory by your reporting manager for reducing tour grade. Outsource employees working for 5yrs or more maintain dependency and dont share knowledge with permanent employees. This is also service based company only difference is they work only on HSBC Projects.
