Nothing to like in this organisation. Who are working for tata motors for pv and cv don't have any value. You are just work force for tata motors.

Tata motors employees treat tata technologies employees as third-party. Even tata motors and tata technologies are sister companies still having lot of difference in all policies and pay scale. Very frustrated environment and zero job security. Even tata motors employees are very rude to tata technologies. Even in the year of 24 tata technologies not given increment to employees.

Poor communication between teams. Appraisal process is worst. You will not get the full amount of money as per your CTC. Nobody cares about you. They will change management during appraisals so new manager gives only one reply that they can't do anything, it's done by previous manager.

1. NO JOB SECURITY . 2. Employees are football to the management, they play with you as like. 3. Nothing at all. In my 8 months experience, i only saw favouritism and politics. The managers don’t care about employees. One of the senior manager from Pune office who is treated as king in company always shout in bad language. Not an employee friendly company at all.

Not good for those who want growth, salary hike is less. In Software development roles , technologies are little out dates. Overall culture is awesome. You get good four time food with good higiene.
