company vision is good. all are equal and values are important to them. company founders are very grounded and polite and they want to do something good for society. iam working as consultant doctor since one year. they are only in diagnostic without radiology and walk in patient so growth in company declined and also their expensesare high for maintainance. company is in cost cutting.salary is on time and don't expect fancy salary and high increments. you can definitely learn good values and culture....Read More

they are not adopting new market strategies.so unable to generate high revenue so it affects employees salaries. they are more customer centric may be sometimes good for company sales but it give so much troubles right from phlebotomist to till doctors. limited for learning for broad speciality.especially doctors will get bored after 2years work.
