Poor management. Senior take credit of juniors work. Lots of office politics. If you want to work here be independent, don't expect any help from anybody. You should be clear about your goals. Salary increment happens after every 3 year's without fail.

1. NO JOB SECURITY . 2. Employees are football to the management, they play with you as like. 3. I was forcefully moved out from my Onsite by Resource management team and ,even though I was fully engaged with projects and proper extension of my Onsite time period given by project management. 4. Poor communication between teams. Appraisal process is worst. You will not get the full amount of money as per your CTC. Nobody cares about you. They will change management during appraisals so new manager gives only one reply that they can't do anything, it's done by previous manager.
