The only pro about TSMG is that as you have no direction you end up doing everything (struggling with everything ) and hence you learn fast.. But there is only so much you can learn on your own.

They make enemies and take their enmity out onyou. Especially Chemical practice. Interesting but extremely Hectic. You would be working 16 hours daily even on weekends and it is norm rather than exceptions. Still the output would be criticized not for quality.. Uh.. No.. For color scheme.. That is the feedback you would get principal
