The company offered decent pay and a reasonable benefits package. The work involved interacting with diverse clients, which made it engaging at times.

Dislikes

There was little structure or clarity regarding sales goals, which created confusion about expectations. Processes were outdated amd often slowed down the ability to close deals effectively. The lack of collaboration across teams made it difficult to achieve consistent results. The overall work environment felt unorganized and unnecessarily stressful.
