Job Opportunity | HRIT Specialist

• Configure and Manage HR Technology Platforms: Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of HR systems.
• Provide Technical Support: Assist HR professionals and employees with system functionalities, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with HR, IT, and other departments to identify system enhancements and integrations.
• Develop and Implement System Improvements: Optimize HR processes through system configurations, customizations, and automation.
• Conduct Training and Support: Train users on new functionalities and provide ongoing support.
• Monitor System Performance: Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Generate Reports and Analytics: Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.
• Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Evaluate new HR technology features and functionalities to enhance system efficiency. Partner with HR leadership to identify and implement technology solutions to support HR strategy and goals.
• Manage System Upgrades: Plan and execute system upgrades, including testing and user acceptance. Monitor system performance and make recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.

Experience: 7-8 years of experience

Education: B.E. Information Technology

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience with HR technology platforms - SAP SuccessFactors
• Proficiency in system configuration, data management, and security settings.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
