Sr. Project Engineer - QS & Billing

Job description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer specializing in Quantity Surveying (QS) and Billing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-end residential and commercial construction projects, ensuring accurate cost estimation, billing, and financial management.Key Responsibilities:

• Quantity Surveying:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bill of quantities (BOQ).
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within budget.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Billing:
• Prepare and submit client bills and invoices in a timely manner.
• Verify and process subcontractor and supplier bills.
• Maintain accurate records of all billing and payment transactions.
• Resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes.
• Project Management:
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Assist in the preparation of project schedules and timelines.
• Client Interaction:
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or queries.
• Provide regular updates to clients on project status and financials.
