Billing Engineer/QS

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bill Preparation and Verification:
   
• Prepare and verify contractor bills, subcontractor bills, and client invoices.
• Ensure proper documentation, measurements, and approvals as per contractual terms.
2. Quantity Surveying and Measurement:
   
• Conduct on-site measurements and quantity verification for civil and MEP works.
• Coordinate with site engineers to cross-check quantities for billing purposes.
3. Cost Management:
   
• Maintain a record of project expenses, work progress, and payments.
• Analyze project budgets and suggest cost-effective measures.
4. Coordination:
   
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to resolve discrepancies in billing.
• Coordinate with the finance team for timely processing of payments.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
   
• Maintain detailed records of billing transactions, measurement books (MB), and other supporting documents.
• Prepare and present reports on project cost, billing status, and projections to stakeholders.
6. Compliance and Audit:
   
• Ensure adherence to company policies, contracts, and government regulations in billing processes.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and clarifications.
