Job Description
- Preparation of AOP (Annual Operating Plan), Monthly schedule based on AOP, Daily progress report, Weekly progress report, MIS report & Work in progress report
- Preparation of Company RA Bill & arrangement for certification of the same bill from client, Contract management- certifying all contractors bills.
- Resource planning and ensure availability of critical resources like manpower, materials, consumables, hydra and machines in line to production plan.
- Material Management, Inventory control & Logistics.
- Feeding workload (Drawings & materials) to contractors, Cost Control & Effective Execution.
- Preparation of control budget for fabrication work of structural steel & finalization.
- Knowledge of SAP – PP, SD & VIM Modules.
- Monitoring daily progress & conducting daily review meeting with contractors along with our production engineers for smooth operations.
- PPC proper record for drawings & all other documents.
- Finalization of material reconciliation statement & Excess / saving statement.
- Reconciliation of work measurements & finalize the job value & rate for sub-contractor.
- Co-ordinate with other Departments like Production, QA/QC, Store, SCM, Client and sub-Contractors for the smooth functioning of job.
- Co-ordination in internal and external auditing & maintaining cordial relationships with the customers.
