As I start working with TATA Projects I don't know procedure what they are following and I was comparing with my previous employer and thinking that it may not works here, but later on the the system of procedure they are following was very good and which can be easily understand for all the engineers. The most likely point is that the company will treat the as same for all the members and the environment is much better other companies.
