Tata Power is the most popular power distribution co. in India, because of the ethics and moral values of Tata family(credit goes to Hon'ble Shri Ratan Tata. In all the offices of TPDDL, there is a family atmosphere. Learning and Development Centre is quite good, and most efficient faculty is engaged for the training. There are CSR Activities in which all the employees participate. Nearly 18 Vocational Training Centres are running in the area of TPDDL(some are running, some yet to be opened) for poor families where their wards are given training free of cost. There was never any problem of salary-salary hike-bonus-da etc. Company treats FR/SR Employees at par with CTC Employees and all the policies are equal for all the employees. The Management and Admn. of the Co. is remarkable and all the employees are more comfortable and satisfied while in the Co. I spent 15 years in TPDDL, and I want to serve this Co. for atleast 10 years more.
