Iām thrilled to share that Iāve received an offer of ā¹27 LPA from Tata Motors for the Senior Manager (L5) position! This is a significant jump from my current CTC of ā¹18 LPA, and Iām excited about the opportunities this role brings.
However, thereās one challenge Iām considering. My current role allows me to work from home, while the new job requires working from the office. The Tata Motors office is 1.5 to 3 hours away (depending on traffic), which will be a big adjustment for me.
Iād love to hear your thoughts on how to balance such trade-offs and make the right decision for both career growth and work-life balance.
