I’m thrilled to share that I’ve received an offer of ₹27 LPA from Tata Motors for the Senior Manager (L5) position! This is a significant jump from my current CTC of ₹18 LPA, and I’m excited about the opportunities this role brings. However, there’s one challenge I’m considering. My current role allows me to work from home, while the new job requires working from the office. The Tata Motors office is 1.5 to 3 hours away (depending on traffic), which will be a big adjustment for me. I’d love to hear your thoughts on how to balance such trade-offs and make the right decision for both career growth and work-life balance.

Tata is a big name to add weightage to the resume, that is good enough reason to switch , plus tata jobs comes with their own special perk , u might want to look into that aswell

Hey shift your house near tata motors and work from the office is good that way. You will learn a lot in the office rather than WFH. That extra amount is too good with that designation. Don't lose. The company is also good. Don't be in the comfort zone.
