The following are the benefits of employment at TMDL: 1) The company provides Good health insurance policy, with good coverage 2) Good travel policy, the company offers stay at good Hotels (accommodation only, food allowance is not good)

Dislikes

1) No job security. People are hired & fired without any substantial reason. In March 2023, they fired may people because of management decision. 2) No clear work principle, no work culture 3) the management is from software background, they do not know what is IVD, they do not know the market 4) Please work with TMDL if you want to ruin your career.

It is a TATA venture into the Diagnostic market. The company cares for employee health and safety.

Dislikes

The company is still in struggling phase. The upper management is filled with people from non-diagnostic background, hence they are still learning the market. The company does not have a long term Vision yet. No space for individual performance. No proper work culture, no planning, no one to listen. Job security is not so good, work life balance is worst, working in weekends is very normal. People get sudden assignment in Friday evening and start traveling in Saturday morning without knowing when they will be back. Managers give instruction to their team member without even knowing what their orders mean, managers generally do not listening to the team. Company keep changing policies frequently.
