Nothin specific. Team management and project execution model was really good by the time engineering team had good leadership. But, after org change happened with old age mentality manager groups, all process, execution methodology gone in toss.

Dislikes

No clear vision and roadmap on how to build the product and take it to end users. No work life balance Especially old age mentality managers brings unnecessary mental pressure to the team

DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY lF YOU WANNA RUIN YOUR CAREER!!!!!! LOTS OF POLITICS , AND CAN THROW ANYONE OUT SPECIALLY IF YOU ARE FROM ANY CONSULTANCY!!!!! OR ON CONTRACTUAL BASIS. THEY WILL TELL YOU LIES THAT YOU WILL BE PERMANENT IN 6 MONTHS IF THEY LIKE YOUR WORK. I HAVE SEEN PEOPLE JOIN AND MADE THEM LEAVE IN MONTHS AFTER WORKING HERE . THERE IS NO SPRINT PLANNING, YOU'LL BE TOLD TO GIVE THE WORK IN 2 3 DAYS EVEN IF THAT WORK IS SETTING UP THE SYSTEM ,UNDERSTANDING THE WHOLE PROJECT AND THEN WORK ON IT.

Lots of politics, product head and manager doesn't have any tech knowledge at all , even a 9th standard student can understand better. If you put your point of view you will be told we want to do in 2 days so just do and give . No discussions happen with team or anything, once THE CEO says it needs to be done they don't even have the backbone to say it requires this much of time ..... . All scams are happening and just for the sake of funding to show something to fundraisers they say do and give in a day. Company can close anytime. On the name of tata it's a shame that this much is happening inside the company and noone is bothered. There was a good team but they were made to resign after they told 5-6 employees to put down papers or we will fire you ! Everything is like a dictatorship (one man says everyone has to do or ...) and full of scams . In my whole career journey i haven't seen such kinda place and to misuse such a good TATA BRAND name is like a sin!!!

Senior leadership is great but none of them have an idea how a healthcare company should work. Most of them are servile and don't have guts to stand for the right.

Dislikes

It's a shame on the name of TATAs. They are just ruining lives of many people by not providing the right opportunities to the deserving people.
