1) No job security. People are hired & fired without any substantial reason. In March 2023, they fired may people because of management decision. 2) No clear work principle, no work culture 3) the management is from software background, they do not know what is IVD, they do not know the market 4) Please work with TMDL if you want to ruin your career.

The senior management is ex TCS software engineers trying to run a healthcare organisation with no clue whatsoever they literally set fire to a crazy amount of money on over paid consultants internal as well as external and could not get any product out. The R&D team is filled with yes men who don't know what they are doing if you have to survive here you gotta be the CEO puppet that's the only way to secure job and HRD is toothless rubber stamp. The CEO is clueless R&D is hopeless regulatory team is Useless and strategy team is worthless eating off the resources of the Tata group. If anyone from the Group ever reads this they need to fire these guys before it's too late We really have a bright future if focus on the right product portfolio just because of one man 50 people lost their livelihood. Congratulations to the most incompetent senior management i have ever worked with you successfully have destroyed brand TATA. Job security is next to negligible. If a employee found not up to the mark as per companies expectation then they will fire immediately without any notice by paying 3 months basics.
