There are a group of worse middle management managers who says "sun rises in the west"... and some buffoon's agree to that and they only get the benefits!!. 3. Utter useless company, you can waste a lot of time in your life 4. All they see is billing margin and their profit alone 5. 24/7 they speak about ethics and they never follow any... their intention behind every action proves it well clear 6. They never value your MTech degree, if you ask they will say it is counted for experience. 7. They never value any of the senior technical experts, because all they see is the profit margin of freshers that they can bill for. 8. They never update your past experience in their system and manager never knows how much is your total experience to manipulate the appraisal process every year. 9. 100% useless organization, never ever end up in their trap. 10. Good for learning if you get a good client and project. Some peoples are good there. Provide Learning with their in-house L&D team. Some Department get good hikes and projects. Colleague are helpful. Give gym benifits(cult Passes at low price)

• The Salary and Increment is too low. There are very less project which is going good. Either you will support in a project or if you get billed and you get into a good project and get your team is good then its good for you else most of the client will treat people's likes anything they will make u work like anything even on mostwekends and late nights. So there are both sides. • Most people stay in bench or not get good work or learning beacuse of no proper mapping to project. Culture is good & Work life balance, Job satisfaction depends on Project and It's manager. Skill development trainings are held every time, for upskilling ourselves.

Some Managers are inefficient, since they have more experience or stayed in Tata elxsi for long, they lead Projects without having proper technical knowledge. In such cases, we will not have work satisfaction and Work-life balance also.

Exceptional experience at Calicut. 1st time leaders seen focusing on individual careers and growth. Asks to upskil everytime. Mentored how to achieve better performance appraisals next year.
