It is a Tata company, so it continues to attract some good people too.

Dislikes

The culture is quite poor. While the new CEO seems to have made efforts to change things, the overall work culture still isn't great, as a lot of the previous leadership continue. Hope Ratan Tata's passing, makes people remember his spirit and values, and what it means to be a Tata company. Right now, I guess I'm not sure if we can say that we are.

If anyone start liking the job at Tata Digital, either they have skill issue or they are still sleeping. Perfect example of "How not to build a Fintech".

Do yourself a favor, get another job offer 1. They hire people from data science and analytics background and ask them to prepare PPT or to do some stupid jobs like taking update of why some other department is not doing their work. 2. No body cares about their employee, HR's are spineless and listen to only people sitting in the top. 3. They take confidential employee survey and expose to the department heads with names so that they can make that employee life hell. 4. People sitting in the top are mainly comes from banks or TCS and most of them having no knowledge of their respective department. 5. Full toxic environment like banks. 6. Visionless people are sitting on the top of the hierarchy. 7. In a month they spent 2 weeks for preparing PPT, 1 week to abuse team mates in front of other teams and remaining time needed for an employee to come out of that trauma....Read More
