Higher management don't invest in the youth. My manager and AVP @ Rajesh S Ghuge & MM Bhure always think about his personal growth. my manager never promoted single employee during my entire tenure. do not join this org as off role. Manager treat off role employee like slave. @ Rajesh Ghuge selfish DGM I have ever seen. Wordt Decision of My life !! If anyone gets a chance please do not join . They don’t care about employees, lot of micromanagement and favouritism at peak !!

Everything , right from there CTC , they fool new joiners by adding health insurance and show them as part of CTC, reducing in-hand salary to great extent. Plus this is worst health insurance you will get its better to get different from outside.

1) Even Saturday, Sunday working. You relationship with your boss defines your increment and promotion 2) No peer to peer respect in same group . 3) No notable recognition in teams 4) 4% to 8% hikes on lower base salary 5) Head of Solutions - was not an engineer, Head of Sales (B2B complex solutions) - is not an engineer. 6) Mostly Babu people from Bihar (Not being racist, just observation) 7) Review's 3 days a week, don't know when should one work 8) No stable products. Company culture is good and it support employees for career advancement.

There is a drawback for off campus placements employees they don’t get chance to get Tata payroll even they are working in Tata Communications on contractual basis after 2 years there contract will not be renewed for 3 months and this i feel bad about the company.

It's is a Dracula company, who make juice of blood every quarter, don't join its a scrap employment who make Dracula along with chiru family. This people kidnap employees for blood.
