Focus is on optimising the headcount in anticipation of some automation efficiencies that are yet to be achieved. They are hire on 3rd party payroll. After 1 year they provide 1 more year extend. But "in TCL policy after 2 years you have to go cooling period for 3 Months, in that time you don't work so u don't get paid by company after 3 months you can eligible for given interview ". This policy is too much ridiculous. And there are no increment after 1 year. SO BE CAREFUL AND READ ALL THE POLICY.
