For my experience I saw, it was manager oriented. Even you are right then also you have to shut your mouth and follow manager, and HR do not take any action. I never expected this kind of bureaucratic injustice environment in TATA.

IOT division AVP Sales is incompetent. He is abusing his fellow GMs, DGMs and these fools enjoy their insults and call him a friend for the sake of good CTC. No business in this division. VP doesn't have any decision making capability even after matter escalated to him.

There is no work life balance as everyone is extremely overloaded as most teams are understaffed. Company does not value the employees at all. Focus is on optimising the headcount in anticipation of some automation efficiencies that are yet to be achieved. Salary range is on lower side as compared to peer companies and increments are pathetic.

They are hire on 3rd party payroll. After 1 year they provide 1 more year extend. But "in TCL policy after 2 years you have to go cooling period for 3 Months, in that time you don't work so u don't get paid by company after 3 months you can eligible for given interview ". This policy is too much ridiculous. And there are no increment after 1 year. SO BE CAREFUL AND READ ALL THE POLICY.

Currently people are not able to manage work life balance due to work load. recently Tata comm has formed separate entity call novamesh and forcefully pushed cybersecurity department to novamesh entity. My manager and AVP @ Rajesh S Ghuge & MM Bhure always think about his personal growth. my manager never promoted single employee during my entire tenure. do not join this org as off role.
