There is nothing to be liked in this company.
It's just for name sake a Tata Company other wise worst then a Lala company
Only good thing is they have all big offices with good facilities
Dislikes
Politics here is more then that in actual political sphere .
There is nothing like a Tata Work Culture these people advertise, Tata code of conduct and ethics are followed in papers only , not in real life .
Managers are Biased. Female employees are given advantage by male bosses , I think they buy this best workplace award as it isnot .
There is no work life balance and you have to work on Saturdays and Sundays as well .
Please don't waste your time and energy here . There are better companies outside....Read More
