I worked with TCL as an offroll employee, but i learnt lots of personal and technical skills throughout the 20 Months of work experience, which will be always helpful for me for career development as leant soft skills with technical trainings on networking. Sorry to say but observed some biased job culture between offroll and onroll employees from company and higher level management, that might be with provided facilities, working days..etc. Career growth is depends on individual, at the last technical knowledge comes/grow up with experience. Average starting salary for offroll freshar employee is 12,000/- per month however for onroll fresher employee same will averagely start from 2,40,000/- per annum. Worklife balance is average, environment is better. Politics takes place much more as per my observation from higher level management, which is actually wrong scenario, salary/appraisal also depends accordingly.
