Working in Tata Communications is very much helpful for me also career growth is here and work culture is very excellent also company policies are very secured.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Management is not good. Less salery and huge work load for offrole members. Not any allowance for night or holiday for offrole employees.

Salary for offrole is very less. Work culture is very poor. No value of employees. No training programs are given.
