My reporting Manager was really good person. He is from Northeast and he is very motivating and helpful.

So many dislikes. Too much fake data works, orders don't get delivered on time and maximum it does reselling. In my 4.5 years of working I got increment only 2 times.

Culture, they will demine you, demotivate you, laugh at you, make jokes about you. They are not ready to tranform themselves, their culture and methodology is equivalent to an agency selling insurances and ASMs are nothing but insurance agents, being asked to visit 5 schools daily with no prior planning or strategies.
