Salary on time during pandemic also no salary deducted. You Can take leave for personal work (but still need to respond for mails, wa etc.)

Politics & discrimination. You only allowed to speak what senior asked. No actual care for customers, only on paper satisfactory ratings high req. Product's price not competitive. Very slow process. Small errors in documentation can take 8 days delay. If you don't care for job security then only join else frequently warnings of pink slip.

Bangalore regional head is terrible doesn't value individuals . Work pressure is very high. No work timings, u can be called anytime. Frequent travelling required.
