Nothing except few good folks who really want to do something good for the organization

Dislikes

Culture, they will demine you, demotivate you, laugh at you, make jokes about you. They are not ready to tranform themselves, their culture and methodology is equivalent to an agency selling insurances and ASMs are nothing but insurance agents, being asked to visit 5 schools daily with no prior planning or strategies.

No doubt Tata group is very good, but Tata Classedge doesn't stand up to the mark, due to some people.

Dislikes

1) Internal politics is very high. 2) Incapable/ineligible people's are promoted to senior managers position they ruin the career's of people working sincerely(its like a donkey leading the group of horses). 3) HR for west region is in pathetic condition, she never respond or support, employees get frustrated without any clue, but hr is in our own world. 3) No growth in designation & salary given even if you work for as many years. 4) Zonal HR will always give job threats to you along with senior managers. 5) Favoritism is at its peak in the company....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. My reporting Manager was really good person. He is from Northeast and he is very motivating and helpful.

So many dislikes. Too much fake data works, orders don't get delivered on time and maximum it does reselling. In my 4.5 years of working I got increment only 2 times.
