I like to learn more and more about many things while teaching to teachera

I was willing to work in tata edge but beacuse of some misunderstanding and some unwanted mails from the school side, no one enquire about the problems and did not even ask if I had done anything wrong

Although ny profile is as per contractual basis, then also i have had job security till now for myself. Work culture is nice and employees always help each other performing their day to day tasks at work and even while doing challenging jobs. Due to contractual nature, few people lose their jobs and ofcourse when it is sudden to someone, he/she gets disheartened.

1.Easy day to day job. 2.flexible hours 3.on time salary 4.gets to meet a lot of people from education industry.

1.management should be more attentive to the needs of client as well as solve their representatives problem 2.management should meet up with their employees at least once a month and talk about the problems their employees are facing and at least try to solve or at least provide a solution 3.lack of growing opportunities.management most of the time hire people from outside the company and very rarely there is a promotion even at lower level management. 4.no office outside Mumbai.especially when the company is doing business all over India it should at least have an office in the major cities....Read More

Working in class edge was very challenging and interesting because we can train teachers and we come to know about the working style of teachers and according that we can make all the teachers to use tata class edge in a detailed manner

Dislikes

The managers should be in the middle place of the school as well as the trainer. If any problems are from school side the managers should enquire the trainer in the school in front of the people who complained against the trainer. So the problem will be solved and the friendly going will be always there between the teachers and trainers
