Dislikes

Excluding Brand name & compensation structure nothing is there,Company never focus on actual problem employees(especially sales)are facing.Any proper product training is been hardly provided & expectations was very high,in such a environment the job security is very less.Career growth in the organisation is very slow.

Frankly speaking experience at the organisation was very horrible,fear of losing job & lack of motivation was there.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary on time during pandemic also no salary deducted. You Can take leave for personal work (but still need to respond for mails, wa etc.)

Politics & discrimination. You only allowed to speak what senior asked. No actual care for customers, only on paper satisfactory ratings high req. Product's price not competitive. Very slow process. Small errors in documentation can take 8 days delay. If you don't care for job security then only join else frequently warnings of pink slip.
