Company is Hiring Management Trainess for much higher CTC then already working experienced guy and those Trainess are Trained by those vintage guys , this trainees gets promoted the very next year without completing goal sheet ! this is so unfair

CBM Mr. Ranvijay Kumar is very supportive, friendly in nature. Ethics is most important part in this company. Colleagues are also supportive. Skill development Training is also there for the staff. HR People are also supportive. Overall i am enjoying working for this company and proud to be a part if it.
