A good balance of work and life frequent holidays provided, cultural festival are celebrated

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

No job security they frequently transfer from one vertical to another then give performance improvement paper and then fire the employee without knowing the actual reason. Or sometime make the employee soo helpless that they tend to resign the organisation.
