Not even single aspect there is no scope of growth the process is sale's but not even have training for soft skills and no sessions about sales ridiculous work experience

Manager and management they say that after 6 month's we'll be considered as on role employees but the great thing is there are also some employees working since 😂 2-3 years still under third party and they say that we will get a medical insurance but they don't even consider your medical emergency leaves and you will be not paid for those days😂 lol CTC was given as 2.5 lac but the salary will get credited 16k no transport if I go on saying this there are so many wonders in it. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
