I just like the support of my manager who supported completely in my 1.5 year.

There is a partiality between the onrole n offrole employees by the senior managers(sunil maharana) and even from the AVP (Akshay sule)

The job is quite interesting but there is wrong commitnent is been shared by the HR Raghu at the time of joining that we will be onroled after 1 year but there is no chance each and every commitment is wrong in TATA AIG .

Company is Hiring Management Trainess for much higher CTC then already working experienced guy and those Trainess are Trained by those vintage guys , this trainees gets promoted the very next year without completing goal sheet ! this is so unfair
