Management is full of politics, not supportive if you need any kind of help. No proper working hours as mentioned in offer letter. It may exceed after 6:30 p.m. Sat and sunday there is too much pressure to go on F2F meetings. Promotions are tough beacuse targets are very high .

Very good product structure. Excellent Funds in ULIPs. It's practical and competitive.
