-Work life balance was good for me. But i have seen some other teams really struggling. - HR events are very good Employee friendly TATA policies (medical, Life cover etc)

- HR is unreachable post onboarding.. - No processes - some departments are like govt depts.. takes ages. - Full n final settlement takes 3mnts minimum - Sir culture

My CM Karan Bagga was not good , due to him I'm terminated from the organisation in the case of compliance audit ,,all whole sole is responsible for that. All sign documents was check under the supervision of Senior manager. My 4 year career is zero. I'm in the condition to suicide but thanks to my previous TSM Karan Singh who support me in my tuff situation.
