Poor management policies, frequent changes in work strategies and longtime field activities affects work life balance.Very frustrating. Lots of MST meetings, even while I am in field. Please don't join if you are from a nuclear family.

My CM Karan Bagga was not good , due to him I'm terminated from the organisation in the case of compliance audit ,,all whole sole is responsible for that. All sign documents was check under the supervision of Senior manager. My 4 year career is zero.
