Of we have the great leader like Ratan tata sir, that doesn't mean his entire lower management is polite and same as his personality. They are just sitting like a govt employee and torn the frontline. No hierarchy of communication, no manners to talk, they call u beggar, call u silly and useless, from stating of the first month generate pressure of the March month, hold your confirmation, no reimbursement will be paid if u are suffering from pendemic.
