Company culture is good if you know when to raise your voice as your worklife balance will get terrible after joining and the best part is the salary the level of challenges you have to go through according to that the salary will look like a joke to you and if you do anything wrong which is possible as we are human be prepared to go through even more terrible experience as their clients are always angry don't know why they bring this kind of business half of the time you will be busy in fighting with other departments if you do not get a good leader. TaskUs India Culture is nice however, there are many things which management fails to work on and due to that we are bit dissatisfied with the work life balance and the compensation. The major dissatisfier is the problem related the compensation which is very less compared to the people earning in the same position.

No work life balance at all. Hire and fire culture. No support available from top management. No learning curve available for new joiners, performance expectation is from day one which is next to impossible. No performance incentive available. Company believes in short term goals.
