I made the worst decision of my life by choosing this company to work with. All the commitments made by the company are drained down once you are a part of it. Even after bearing these disappointments, the founder of this company has the audacity to misbehave with the employees for no reason. After leaving the organisation, the hr of the company calls you and harasses you for talking to its clients and spreading bad words about them without any having anything to justify the same. The company goes an extra mile to force its employees to put down great reviews about them and their company. All the reviews are put down by their employees. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
