Except the company’s owner nobody’s having intentions to grow the company

Dislikes

Pathetic and inexperienced HR team who make the company’s environment more toxic. Not a female friendly workplace. Poor and extremely delayed incentives structure. No salary hike. Extreme micromanagement. Terrible office politics that simple people can’t even survive there. Even in the case of PIP or resignation, same day removal from the company. Can’t recommend anyone.

Worst company to work for but yes if you are good boot licker this place is for you if you like micro management this place is for you if you don't want your hard earned incentives this place is for you...yes if you are girl this place is for you as no POSH activities will be monitored here....if you want to work at the worst place in the industry then this will be the right place for you..

There is nothing to like at this place, office politics, favours if you are a boot licker, no job security no timely incentives and no increment
