Tangoe of course works like same other IT companies, internal issues everything. But here you have an beautiful opportunities to design your career if we take a step to learn and implementations. Tangoe never says NO if your presentation is convincing. The process which I handled has bought me a lots of things to learn in my profile and I can be more confident that I can easily crack anywhere.

To describe its less but I have given more best to Tangoe because tTangoe didnt stopped me while I'm taking additional steps in process. I had complete free hands so 9hours work doesn't matter when we like process.

No job security, no skip level meeting, no action will be taken against the manager even if the whole team has problems with him. The manager will continue doing micro management and stupid things. No good hike and internet and electricity charges will be paid only if we submit bills.

One of the aspects I appreciate most about working at Tangoe is the people I have the opportunity to work with. The team that has employees with more than 7 to 8 years with Tangoe here is incredibly talented, supportive, and collaborative whether it's brainstorming new ideas, tackling challenges, or celebrating success within the team.

One aspect that I find challenging about working at Tangoe is the perceived lack of alignment between the pay scale and growth opportunities for older employees with market standards. who actually carry domain knowledge which is very important for this company. This impacts morale and hinders the retention of valuable talent.
