Dislikes

Growth is slow.

The company is open to Learning and I love the fact that I am part of the team that makes high quality products and has a good client base. As a result, I get to travel to Chennai. we work happily in collaboration with Japan company having colleagues from various backgrounds. I like the employee rehire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. I do receive appreciation mails from the seniors as well client. Managers do not value the individual unique strengths,which is why I take back my suggestions sometimes. I just go unnoticed during my appraisal for the actual work did for the company.

Work Details

Generally speaking my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product manufacturing. but I stay on my toes by doing competitive benchmark studies on my own to meet up the trends.
