I was contacted by a recruiter from this company seeing my Naukri profile. What kind of recruiter is he? He doesn't even know what is front end and back end? As they are hiring on fixed contract basis there is no job security, health insurance and other employee benefits. I have not complaint about company but there was no cooperation form Admin, HR and account staff.
