Its hard to put into words how disappointing my experience with talent serve was. They dont just fail to deliver on their promises - they actively deceive and manipulate students for their own gain. The projects they assign are meaningless and its clear they are only intrested in taking your money by the way of crowdfunding. they will force you to do bloggings , increase their followers, do CSR activities irrespective of which department you belong to. They only play with the carrer of students for their own benefits. whats worse is the complete lack of professionalism from Megha , their CEO her behaviour is beyond rude she dont have the basic manner also how to talk. If you ask any questions to her she will reply in a very bad way or may be remove you from group because she dont have any answer. They dont even pay you anything or provide any certificates. There is no proper schedule of anything . No matter how much i write that will always be less to show the reality of that fake company Talent serve. There are good reviews as well which they force to do in terms of their general management roles. They talk alot about professionalism but they dont even have the P of professionalism. whosoever is reading this its a request not to get into this company . you will only waste your time , dont let them trick you the way they tricked me and many others ....Read More

Fraud company. They will not give any stipend. They will ask you to do promotion in the name of general management work. They will ask you to beg atleast Rs5000 in the name of CSR activity/ Crowdfunding. They will ask you to sale their courses. They will ask you to get min 200 free enrollments on their websites for them. They will ask you to visit their website 10 times a day. They will ask you to get 50 Scholarship test from people. They will ask you to get min 50 followers on their pages. Guess what I was supposed to HR work here and I'll end up doing these things. And min work criteria to get stipend or certificate is to do all these work. If you fail to do so you will not get anything not even certificates....Read More

They just give marketing work even to CS students & no proper management, just hire students with high packages. Everything is just fake, also they ask you for funding which is not Graduate Engineer Trainee's part of job! The company is ridiculous! No proper work schedule!!

A good company with a dynamic culture and environment. From my personal experience, I never feel cheated or something fishy is happening. There is always transparency in work. And company relations are also good believe in communication listening group working.
