Mass hiring without interview. Even for sde role, they'll be giving sales and promotional task over social media. No learning. At last, they'll come up with some shit work like 100 sales for their courses and blah blah impossible work and if you can't sell those, you won't be getting the stipend nor the certificate.

They just give marketing work even to CS students & no proper management, just hire students with high packages. Everything is just fake, also they ask you for funding which is not Graduate Engineer Trainee's part of job! The company is ridiculous! No proper work schedule!!

A good company with a dynamic culture and environment. From my personal experience, I never feel cheated or something fishy is happening. There is always transparency in work. And company relations are also good believe in communication listening group working.
