Flexible timing, no control over break, lunchtime or anything ... I just need to finish my work and can do anything like learning new things, support others' tasks, etc. All about my Dept (IT support & Technology) Very Friendly Head for Mr.Kumaresan, so understanding and helping.

Dislikes

If you see overall, there is something where the Hardworking emp doesn't get noticed by the management, full of politics. Appreciation doesn't go to the right person that is the most thing I'm disappointed with the company.

Work Details

My job was either too hard or easy, it was something I get a chance to learn new things every day as a service coordinator in IT support. I was the mediator between the end-user and the Support Engineers, sometimes between the client too.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
