on dislike many points the second level management was too worst if they do any wrong mean they won’t accept that they blame us and it is product company but run like a service company, they continuously change the requirements till the production deployment the architecture of the code was too worst for web and back end

Not good place to work. They won't support for employees. Specially the HR Department.
