Mostly Remote or at offshore Customer place as they do not have proper office premises to accommodate. One floor small rental place is there but not sufficient.

Company mostly work as transactional like local grocery shop. Senior HR Manager is pathetic and major focus on IN-OUT timing from Office who is report to office. PS director is a checklist manager and have no say in the organization. High level of micro management. No confirmed assignment. And all is independent contributor and no support from teams or community. So any customer anger has to face by respective employee and answerable. No Senior support. No promotion and negligible (2-5%) increment. 3rd party payroll processing unit always did the mistakes in appropriate tax calculation and if not noticed and chase up with them, you are ending up loosing your hard money and no support from HR or organization.
